Before You Call

Straight answers to the things people usually want to know first.

Open only what applies to you. Plain English — no pitch.

Do I actually need a website?

Not always. If you’re already getting consistent enquiries and don’t need more work, you might not. But if things are quiet, inconsistent, or too reliant on word of mouth, a proper website usually helps.

What if I already have a website?

Then we look at what’s not working. Sometimes it’s a rebuild. Sometimes it’s a simpler fix. You won’t be pushed into replacing something that’s doing its job.

How long does this take?

Simple sites can be done in a few days. If it’s more involved, I’ll tell you upfront. No dragging things out, and no vague timelines.

What do you need from me?

Usually just a conversation to start. From there, I’ll guide what’s needed — whether that’s content, photos, or just clarity on what you do. It’s kept simple.

Will this actually bring me more enquiries?

It should — if the basics are right. If they’re not, I’ll tell you before you spend anything. The goal is always the same: make it easier for the right people to find you and get in touch.

What happens if something breaks?

You call me. No tickets, no support systems, no chasing. The same person who built it fixes it.

Do I need to understand any of this?

No. You just need to understand your business. I’ll handle the rest in plain English.

What if I’m not sure this is right for me?

Then we talk it through. If it’s not a fit, I’ll say. There’s no point building something you don’t need.

Why can’t I just build something myself?

You can. And for some businesses, that is enough. The issue is not building a website — it is building something that actually turns visitors into enquiries. That usually comes down to clarity, structure, and how people make decisions — not just putting pages together.

Could I just use Wix or something similar?

You can. The tools are not the problem. Most websites that do not work properly were built on tools like that — but the issue is usually how they are put together, not the platform itself. If it is done well, it can work. If not, it just sits there.

I know someone who builds websites — should I just use them?

Maybe. If they understand how to make a site clear, trustworthy, and focused on getting enquiries, it could work well. If it is just about putting something online, it usually does not move things forward much. It depends on what you actually need.

What am I actually paying for?

Not just a website. You are paying for something that helps people understand what you do quickly, trust you, and get in touch. That is where most of the value sits.

If you’re happy with what you’ve read, call me.

If not, that’s fine too.
